	Watchmen says: The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) does have older data going back to 1994 on its public web site, but it is summary data that is formatted differently than the more recent data. We hope to upload and visualize the data soon. Posted Monday March 03 2008, 05:15 PM
