From www.bts.gov: “Structurally deficient bridges are defined as those needing significant maintenance attention, rehabilitation, or replacement. 	Susanne says: Besides being interesting from a safety standpoint, this visualization is now making me wonder why Texas is so incredibly bridge-happy?!
