    <summary type="html">This table gives total U.S. government receipts, broken into categories and subcategories, using the summary table 2.1 and details for social insurance and retirement receipts and excise taxes (table 2.4) and composition of &quot;other&quot; (table 2.5). It is set up for a hierarchical stack graph, although there are negative numbers in some lines (telephone, transportation fuels excise taxes, leaking underground storage tank trust fund). I deleted one row (post-closure liability - hazardous waste trust fund) because it was very small and all negative numbers. Off-budget receipts (Social Security) are shown separately from other employment and general retirement receipts. There is an interesting history of various funds being on or off budget (see page 2 of the Historical Tables document) but this chart, like the federal budget, show total government receipts, both on and off budget.</summary>

The following table shows the District of Columbia and each State&#8217;s fire death rate per capita for 2005 based on the State where the fire death occurred. The national fire death rate in 2005 was 12.3 deaths per million population. States are listed by rate from highest to lowest. The highest death rates in 2005 were in the District of Columbia, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Alabama. The states with the lowest rates were Hawaii, Colorado, Rhode Island, California, and Nevada.</summary>
